kimskie accepts eligible returns and exchanges for most apparel and accessory products, aiming to deliver a satisfying shopping experience for our plus-size everyday wear collections. All return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days after the date you receive your parcel.
To qualify for return or exchange, items must remain unused, unwashed, unaltered, and kept in their original condition with all attached tags, packaging and hygiene labels intact. Products made of delicate materials including premium lace, sheer tulle and jacquard fabric need extra protection during return shipment; any stains, wrinkles, damage caused by improper wear or cleaning will lead to return rejection.
The following categories are non-returnable and non-exchangeable: final sale marked items, customized products, accessories with sealed packaging once opened, and items damaged due to customer misuse or improper maintenance.
If you receive defective, damaged, or incorrect items, you must submit clear photos or videos showing the problem along with your return application within 7 days of delivery. Our team will review the evidence, and once approved, we will arrange a refund or exchange without requiring you to cover the return shipping fee. For returns initiated simply because you change your mind or the size/fit does not meet expectation, the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges, and the original shipping fee at checkout will not be refunded.
Once we receive and inspect your returned goods, we will process your refund within 5 to 8 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for checkout. The time for funds to show up in your account depends on the payment provider’s processing schedule.
Exchanges are subject to available inventory. If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will offer a full refund instead. We advise customers to confirm size charts on each product page before purchase; size discrepancies based on personal preference do not count as product defects.
