Payment Policy

kimskie supports multiple secure payment methods for your purchase, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, UnionPay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payment transactions are processed through encrypted secure gateways to protect your financial information, and we do not directly store your complete credit card details on our servers.
When you complete checkout, your selected payment method will be authorized immediately. Funds may be held temporarily by your card issuer before the order is fully confirmed and processed. If your order is canceled before shipment, the pending authorization will be released automatically, and the release timeline follows the rules of your card issuing institution.
All prices displayed on our website are final at the time of checkout unless otherwise marked. Additional surcharges such as applicable consumption tax may be added according to your delivery location requirements and will be clearly shown on the order summary before payment confirmation.
We reserve the right to cancel or suspend an order if we detect suspicious payment activity, unauthorized card usage, inconsistent billing information, or inventory errors. In such cases, we will notify you via your registered email and initiate a full refund for any amount already charged.
Payment disputes initiated without valid supporting evidence (such as confirmed defective goods or non-delivery proof) will be reviewed carefully. If the dispute is ruled unfounded, kimskie reserves the right to restrict future purchasing access for the related account.
Refunds will always be routed back to the original payment channel you used to pay for the order. We cannot process refunds to alternate payment accounts or third-party wallets upon customer request. If a payment fails during checkout, please verify your card information, billing address and available balance before retrying the transaction.
We will not impose extra service fees for using any of the supported payment options listed at checkout, though some card providers may charge international transaction fees independently, which are outside our control.
